A delivery fee will be added to your order (charged according to distance from Reservoir Melbourne). This fee covers delivery of your flowers, plant or hampers in Melbourne. A $15 delivery applies to any Interflora product selected for areas outside our delivery zone and interstate.
The just pictured or standard price is representative of the product pictured. The upgraded price (if selected) indicates an increase in size and/or flower or gourmet food or container value.
All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. For Interflora flower deliveries, some items may not be suitable to be sent to tropical areas. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
In some cases, some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment.
Lillypad guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Lillypad order. Each Interflora arrangement delivered by our Interflora relay members is created by a professional Interflora florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to Lillypad Flowers.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. $10 admin fee applies to cancellations after this time.
For Products with Alcohol
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.

Our Season’s Best range has been created to offer you the best possible value using seasonal blooms. The Lillypad florist who creates and delivers your Season’s Best order will make it using the best flowers available locally on the day.
Delivery Policy when the recipient is not at home to accept your gift
In situations where a recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available at the delivery address.
Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact Lillypad and the item will be returned Lillypad or the Interflora florist.
Contact will be made to arrange pickup/redelivery (redelivery fee applies).
