The cut-off time for guaranteed Mother's Day flower deliveries within Australia is 6:00pm AEST Friday to Sunday the 14th of May. Due to the large volume of orders that our florists will be delivering for Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times. Rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible. Any orders placed after the cut-off time may not be delivered until Monday the 15th of May. Due to the large volume of orders and availability of couriers in some areas on Mother’s Day, it may be necessary for us to have some orders delivered on Monday 15th of May.

What If Mum’s Not Home To Receive Her Flowers?

Whilst it’s always best to make sure the recipient will be at the delivery address before placing your order, we understand that mum may be out busy enjoying her special day. So in the case she isn’t home to receive her Mother’s Day flowers, our drivers will use their professional judgement to:

Leave the flowers in a safe place at the delivery address. We hold no liability for the flowers once delivered.
If the flowers cannot be left safely, our driver will place a calling card in the letterbox or under the door, notifying the recipient of where the flowers have been placed.
If we cannot access the home due to gates, the flowers will be brought back to the store. We will contact you to give you the option to pick up from our store or to arrange a redelivery. This will incur the original delivery charges.
If Lillypad is responsible for the redelivery, a fee will not apply.

Melbourne Mother’s Day Gift Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from orders cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
In case of cancellations made less than 24 hours after the order has been prepared and handed over to the couriers, 50% of the order value will be deducted.
Cancellations cannot be made after the flowers have been delivered.
