Lillypad Flowers & Events – Quick Summary

Prices, orders and payments

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, with delivery shown at checkout.
  • Priority/timed and early‑morning deliveries cost extra.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received; for in‑store cash payments a 20% deposit or card hold is required.
  • For large or suspicious orders (over $300), we may ask for ID and proof of card ownership and can cancel/refund if details don’t match.

Flowers, substitutions and alcohol

  • Every arrangement is hand‑made, so flowers, colours and containers may vary slightly from the photos, depending on seasonal and local availability.
  • If something isn’t available, we’ll substitute with similar flowers and value to keep the overall look and feel.
  • Some flowers may arrive in bud so you can enjoy them for longer.
  • For non‑branded wine options, the bottle shown is indicative only and a similar red, white or sparkling wine of comparable style and value may be supplied; only named brands (e.g. Moët, Antipodes) are guaranteed.

Delivery, timing, weather and redelivery

  • Standard “all day” delivery is between 8am and 7pm; exact times are not guaranteed unless you select and pay for a timed or AM service.
  • AM deliveries are 8am–11:59am; PM deliveries are 12pm–7pm. Deliveries needed by 8am or 10am must be ordered at least 24 hours ahead or pre‑approved.
  • If the recipient isn’t home, we’ll leave the order in a safe place where possible; if not safe, or if the address is incorrect/incomplete, items return to the shop and a redelivery fee applies.
  • In extreme heat, heavy rain or storms, we may reschedule delivery with the recipient to protect the flowers; exact times still aren’t guaranteed unless a timed service is paid for.

In‑store pickups

  • Pickups are available Monday–Saturday, 7:30am–3:30pm (closed Sundays and public holidays unless advertised).
  • For pickup, you can pay in advance or secure the order with a 20% deposit or card hold if paying cash.
  • If you don’t collect on the agreed day and we’ve already made your order, no refund is available.

Peak days (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, etc.)

  • On peak days we run an all‑day delivery service only.
  • Unless you’ve paid for a timed or AM delivery (where available), we can’t guarantee what time your gift will arrive.
  • Due to high demand, late changes, cancellations and specific flower requests may not always be possible.

Hire orders

  • Silk flowers, props and vases are available for hire for weddings, events and other occasions. A bond will be taken and held until all hired items are returned and checked.
  • Hire items must be returned by the agreed date. If items are not returned on time, a late fee of 30% of the total hire order value per day will apply and may be taken from the bond or charged to the card held on file.
  • All hire items remain the property of Lillypad Flowers & Events and must be returned clean, undamaged and in the same condition they were supplied, fair wear and tear excepted. The hirer is responsible for any lost, damaged, broken or stolen items at full replacement cost.

Interflora Australia‑wide orders

  • Only products in our Interflora Australia Wide section can be sent nationwide.
  • These orders are made and delivered by a local Interflora florist (which may be us if the address is in our area).
  • By ordering from this section, you accept Interflora’s substitution policy: local florists may adjust flowers and contents while keeping the style and value.

Problems, refunds and your rights

  • If there’s a problem, contact us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours) with your order details and photos.
  • If your flowers or gifts arrive with a major issue (for example, significantly damaged or not as described in a major way), we’ll organise pickup and replacement or another suitable remedy at no extra cost.
  • Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law; where required, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund.

  • We use your details to process and deliver your order and, if you agree, to send you offers and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).

We regularly host giveaways and special promotions at Wedding Expos throughout the year as a fun way to give back to our couples and followers. Keep an eye on our Lillypad Weddings Instagram and social media pages so you do not miss the next announcement.

Our giveaways can vary throughout the year, however many include bridal party flower packages featuring bridal bouquets, bridesmaids bouquets, buttonholes and other wedding florals selected by the Lillypad team.

In some competitions couples may have full input into their wedding flower style, while others are florist choice designs where we create florals inspired by your wedding colours, gowns and overall aesthetic. Each giveaway will outline the inclusions and conditions clearly.

We usually announce our wedding flower giveaways through our Lillypad Weddings Instagram and social media pages. Entry instructions will always be included in the post, so make sure you are following along to stay updated on upcoming competitions.
