Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up-to-date address information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address or property/apartment, or the courier cannot access to leave flowers and the order is returned to store, a return fee and redelivery fee applies.

Please let us know in special instructions (particularly closed apartment buildings) if you would like us to call or SMS in advance. This way we can ensure someone is home for delivery prior to booking the courier to avoid additional detention fees (charged per minute detained).
