If Mum isn't home when we attempt delivery, our drivers will use their discretion to ensure your flowers are kept safe. Here's what to expect:

• If safe, the flowers will be left at the delivery address.
• If not, a calling card will be left with details on where the flowers have been placed.
• If access is restricted (e.g. locked gate), the flowers will be returned to our store and we'll contact you to arrange pickup or redelivery.

If redelivery is required due to a delivery issue on our end, there will be no additional fee. Otherwise, the original delivery fee applies.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the delivery date incur a $10 admin fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of dispatch incur a 50% fee.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the flowers have been delivered.
