Candice and Hayden’s wedding at Avalon Castle felt like something out of a fairytale. Tucked away amongst lush gardens and towering trees in the Dandenong Ranges, Avalon Castle offers a truly unique setting for couples wanting a romantic and intimate wedding celebration.
With its charming stone architecture, peaceful surroundings, and old world atmosphere, the castle created the perfect backdrop for Candice and Hayden’s day. Their wedding was beautifully understated, focusing on meaningful moments, close family and friends, and soft romantic styling that complemented the venue naturally.
Romantic Wedding Flowers in Burgundy and Blush
For Candice’s wedding flowers, we created a rich and romantic colour palette featuring deep reds, burgundy tones, blush pinks, and soft seasonal textures. The bouquets were designed to feel abundant yet elegant, perfectly balancing romance with a natural garden inspired feel.
Her bouquet featured dahlias, classique roses, lisianthus, hydrangea, nerines, and carefully selected seasonal blooms throughout. The combination of textures and tones added depth and movement while still feeling soft and timeless.
One of our favourite details was how beautifully the flowers paired with the bridesmaids’ sage green dresses. The earthy green tones allowed the rich burgundy and blush flowers to stand out while still feeling refined and cohesive.
Candice wore a flowing A line wedding dress that suited the romantic castle setting perfectly. The softness of her gown alongside the rich floral palette created such a timeless bridal look.
