Designing a Soft and Romantic Floral Vision

There’s something incredibly special about being trusted to bring a couple’s wedding vision to life, and Amy’s day at Farm Vigano was one we’ll never forget. As one of Farm Vigano’s recommended event florists, it is always a joy to design within such a breathtaking space, where every detail feels considered and every backdrop is picture perfect.

From the very beginning, Amy was drawn to a soft, romantic palette, something elegant yet full of life. We worked closely with her to design florals that felt timeless but still had that modern, abundant feel we love. Seeing it all come together on the day, set against the rolling hills and warm textures of the venue, was pure magic.

Floral Styling for the Bridal Party

Her bouquet was a true reflection of the overall vision, lush pastel blue hydrangeas and delicate delphinium, layered with blush dahlias, pink and peach roses, and the most beautiful fragrant tuberoses. We added touches of cascading white phalaenopsis orchids for that extra softness and movement. It was feminine, refined, and just a little bit dramatic in the best way.

One of our favourite moments is always seeing the bridal party come together, and Amy’s was no exception. The tones of the florals paired so beautifully with their styling, creating a cohesive and effortless look that felt both elevated and relaxed. Every detail mattered, from the ceremony installations to the reception pieces, and we loved designing each element to flow seamlessly throughout the space.

Ceremony Flowers That Frame the Moment

The ceremony itself felt so heartfelt, with Amy and her partner surrounded by blooms that framed the moment without overpowering it. As the day transitioned into the reception, the florals took on a slightly more romantic glow, soft candlelight, layered textures, and those dreamy pastel tones creating an atmosphere that felt intimate and inviting.

The incredible team at Farm Vigano were able to repurpose the ceremony flowers into the reception and mantelpiece, giving the blooms a second life and keeping the atmosphere feeling fresh and cohesive throughout the day.
