About Coburg North

Coburg North is one of the suburbs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is eleven kilometers north of Melbourne’s Central Business District.

The suburb has two train stations: Merlynston and Batman.

The 2016 ABS Census of population recorded a total of 7,601 people in Coburg North. In which, 49.2% were males and the other 50.3% were females. There were also 1,920 families. 

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people made up only 0.7% of the population. 57.8% were born in Australia, too.
