Wreaths, coffin sprays and chapel arrangements are all available, and funeral orders are handled as a priority. For a hassle-free delivery, some specifications like the full name of the deceased, the funeral home name and address, the date and time of the service, and a relative's name and phone number are required. The White Sympathy Wreath starts at $155 and the Simple Funeral Chapel Arrangement at $275.

In case the recipient is not present, our driver delivers the flowers in a safe position at the address or with a neighbour. A calling card is also put into the letterbox. However, if no one is available to access, the flowers are returned to our store for a re-delivery attempt.
We also deliver to hospitals and nursing homes with the recipient’s full name and number, ward name or number, the hospital name and address, no matter if it's a patient, resident or staff member. Choose an arranged container rather than loose cut flowers, since suitable vases are usually limited. Most hospitals do not allow plants, and some will not accept flowers in intensive care or special care units.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of ordering are highly expected. A $10 administrative fee applies to orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the delivery date.
