Orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day flower delivery to Brooklyn. Deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by 5 pm at business addresses and by 6 pm at residential addresses, which is worth keeping in mind if you are sending to a workplace that closes earlier than that. Saturday orders are subject to an earlier cut-off, confirmed at checkout.

The delivery fee is $24.95, calculated on distance from our Preston studio. Where an arrangement needs to land within a specific window rather than simply on the day, a timed delivery option is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, with two exceptions each year: Mother's Day and Valentine's Day when it falls on a Sunday.

Process We Manage As A Trusted Florist

Deliveries into commercial and industrial addresses go wrong more often than residential ones, almost always for the same handful of reasons. A few details on your order prevent nearly all of them.

• Give us the business name as well as the street number.
• Include the recipient's full name and their department or unit number where one applies.
• Tell us the closing time if it is earlier than our 5 pm guarantee, and we will work the delivery into an earlier run.
• Choose an arrangement in a container rather than loose stems.

If nobody is available when our driver arrives, the flowers will be left in a safe position at the address or with a neighbouring business, and a card left explaining where. In case there is no availability of the receiver, the arrangement returns to Preston, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection.
